Del Lago Homeowners Association Long Beach, CA 90814
The Del Lago Community Association was incorporated in 1980 and at that time filed a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) upon the property for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the community.

A copy of the CC&R’s and the Rules and Regulations developed from the CC&R’s, are given to each owner at the time of sale of the residence and should have been included with the escrow papers. Copies of the CC&R’s, the Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations and other documents and forms are available below and may be printed from this site.
