The Board of Directors is comprised of five homeowners, who are elected for one year terms at the annual Homeowners Meeting. The Board elects officers; president, vice president, secretary and treasurer and meets about once a month to conduct the business of the Association. These meeting are held at various location (usually at Board member’s homes). The date and location is distributed to the homeowners and the meetings are open to all homeowners and residents. The latest approved minutes of the Board Meeting, will be posted on the web site. Copies can be mailed or emailed, if requested through Transpacific Management.

If vacancies occur on the Board between elections, the Board appoints a replacement to serve for the remainder of the year.
